The historic district of Ellicott City, MD is a wonderful way to spend your day! Ellicott City is a suburb of Baltimore and the train rail bridge bearing the name, was built by the old B&O railroad. The photo to the left is the train station where people and freight was loaded on train cars. Inside the caboose is a replica model train that kids from young to old will enjoy!
In the Historic District stone homes built in the late 1800's are the norm! Flowing through the area is the Patapsco River. In the summer time when the river takes on a lazy flow, many come to stack the river rocks. Many come to wade and try to catch some fish!
